Berry Chia Breakfast Pudding

Vegan, Gluten-free, Refined sugar-free

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • Berry compote or fresh berries
  • Homemade granola
  • Almond slices
  • Frozen berries
  • Drizzle honey/cacao nibs/desiccated coconut
Berry Chia Breakfast Pudding

Instructions

Add Chia seeds and almond milk together and leave in the fridge to set overnight. Using a cup of your choice start layering each of the ingredients as you prefer until full. Top with extra granola, berries, cacao nibs or honey.  Enjoy!
